This website is a free coaching course. There is nothing to buy, no account to create, and no newsletter to join. We do not ask for your name, your email address, your age or your location anywhere on this site.
Two things do collect information. Google Analytics tells us how many people visit and which pages they read, and it only runs if you accept analytics cookies. The feedback form at the end of the course collects your answers, but it does not ask who you are.
We do not sell information about you, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.
This website is operated by Situ Mistry on behalf of the Mistry family, in Carmel, Indiana, United States. The course content is written by Anaya Mistry. The website itself was designed and built by Wikid, an independent web development studio, which also provides ongoing technical support.

This course is written for football players, and many of the people reading it are children. We have designed the site so that it collects as little as possible.
We never ask a visitor for their name, email address, postal address, telephone number, age, date of birth, school, club or photograph. The feedback form is anonymous by design. There is no chat, no forum, no comments section, no file upload and no way for one visitor to contact another.
Under the United States Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), operators of websites directed at children under 13 have particular obligations regarding personal information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, and we have configured Google Analytics so that it is not used for advertising, remarketing, personalisation or audience targeting of any kind.
If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has sent us information through this site that you would like removed, email situ.mistry@gmail.com and we will delete it. Because the feedback form does not record who submitted an entry, please include enough detail about what was sent for us to identify it.
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. This tells us things like how many people visited, which pages they read, how long they spent on the course page, whether they arrived from a search engine or a link, the general region their internet connection is associated with, and whether they were on a phone or a computer.
Google Analytics collects this using cookies and similar technologies, and it processes a shortened version of your IP address. We use it to see whether the course is actually being read and which sections people stop at, so that the writing can be improved. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising. Google Signals, ads personalisation and advertising data sharing are all switched off on this property.
If you decline analytics cookies in the banner, Google Analytics does not run and none of this is collected.
At the end of the course there is a short feedback form. It asks three things: how clear you found the explanation, whether you have tried the technique yet, and anything you would change or add. It has no name field, no email field, no age field and no location field.
Your answers are emailed to us so that we can improve the course. We ask that you do not type your name, your contact details or anything else that identifies you into the free text box. If you do, we will delete it.
These submissions are sent by email and are not stored in a database on this website.
If you email us to ask a question, to request a session for your team, or to exercise any of the rights described below, we will have your email address and whatever you choose to write to us. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else.
Like almost every website, the server that hosts this site keeps automatic technical logs. These record things like the IP address a request came from, the date and time, the page requested, and the browser used. These logs exist so that the site can be kept running and secure. They are generated by the hosting infrastructure rather than by us, they are not linked to anything else on this site, and they are not used to identify or track individual visitors.
A small number of third parties are involved in running the site. Each has its own privacy policy.
Some of these companies are based in the United States and may process information in countries other than the one you are reading this from.
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. The software behind it is kept up to date. Access to the website's administration area is limited to the people who maintain it and is protected by strong passwords. No system is perfectly secure, but because this site holds so little information there is very little that could be exposed.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over information relating to you. These commonly include the right to ask what is held, to ask for a copy, to ask for corrections, to ask for deletion, and to object to certain uses.
If you are in California, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to ask for it to be deleted. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined in that Act.
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you have rights under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR. Where we rely on your consent, which is the case for analytics cookies, you can withdraw that consent at any time and it is as easy to withdraw as it was to give. Where we rely on legitimate interests, which is the case for keeping the site running securely, you can object.
To exercise any of these, email situ.mistry@gmail.com. There is no charge, and we will respond as quickly as we can.
Please bear in mind that because the feedback form is anonymous, we usually have no way of connecting a submission to a person. If you ask us to delete something you sent, tell us roughly when you sent it and what it said.
This site links to other websites, including YouTube and Anaya's other site. Once you follow a link you are on someone else's website and this policy no longer applies. We would encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit.
If the site changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update it and change the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will say so on the homepage.
